Washington D C. May 19" 1866. Col W W Rogers A A A General. Sir, I respectfully ask that a Gov't Building near "Good Hope" across the East Branch be removed upon ground provided by the Colored people for a School House. The Building, about 25 x 50 ft. in size, has been for a month or two in the possession of the Bureau, but it is now located so that it cannot be used. I have the honor to be Your obt servant.
