Col W W Rogers
A A A General.

Sir,

I respectfully ask that a Gov't Building near "Good Hope" across the East Branch be removed upon ground provided by the Colored people for a School House.

The Building, about 25 x 50 ft. in size, has been for a month or two in the possession of the Bureau, but it is now located so that it cannot be used.

I have the honor to be
Your obt servant.
John Kimball
Supt. of Schools.
