Is directed to inform the A.C. D.C. that the accounts of Misses [[underlined]] Gould and Hawes [[/underlined]] for transportation, have been approved by the [[underlined]] Commr. [[/underlined]] and payment ordered for the same.

Also to say that hereafter no accounts of the kind will be considered unless the requirements of Circular 22, C.S. Bureau R. F and A. L. have been complied with, and that the Supt. Education be instructed accordingly.
