Dear Sir:
Yours of the 7th received, also the one of the 5th inst. I send you Mr. Janney's letter, as directed by the General. He says that as Mr. Janney has proposed no form, you had better write to the parties and advise them to act according to these instructions. I will copy and forward any communication you may wish to send them as soon as you furnish it.
