Reports that at Charleston, W. Va. the Board of Education has succeeded in purchasing a lot to build a School house for colored children, and are ready to receive the Brick and other material, to build the same. States further, that the shipment of Brick to Martinsburg does not progress as rapidly as he would like it.

Has employed One Team & driver at $.3.50/00 per day and two laborers at $.1.50/00 per day to load & haul the Cars.
