Lt & Sup't Reports that in obedience to S.O No 86 he has visited the various towns under his jurisdiction. - That the school rooms in use at Charlestown Shepherdstown, and Martinsburg are inadequate for the purpose and that new school rooms should be secured either by building or renting. - The school at Shepherdstown has been discontinued since April for want of a teacher, they are in want of school at that place [[stamp]] HD QRS.
