By Order of Asst Commissioner all renters not having employment in the Village or vicinity have been or will be ordered to vacate their rents. Some of them having gardens adjacent to thier houses are still allowed to remain until they can harves thier produce.

Several instances of tampering with whiskey, either by selling or giving away have been discovered and immediately suppressed.

Cases of cohabiting together of the sexes illegally have been also corrected, and there is reason to believe that the morral as well as physical condition of the dependents is being improved.

No cases of insubordination or inclination to subordinate have appeared in several weeks, all persons seeming inclined to comply cheerfully with the rules and regulations of the Village.

I would again call attention to class No. 2 of my report of September 3d. Women: able bodied who have children too young to be left without thier mothers care, and ask if any further disposition can be made of that class.

There are dependents, men women and children who are able to labor some each day - but who from mental or physical infirmity are incapacitated for self support. I desire to suggest
