In reply to your communication concerning the School, to be taught by Miss Ellis, I would say: I can furnish a room for the School - and such Seats, blackboards &c, as are here belonging to the A.M.A. not now in use, If I furnish a stove, I shall have to ask it from Genl. Howard through his Quartermaster,.
