Vol 2 No 1796 A.C. DC 67 Baltimore Md April 30th 1867 Baltimore Association for the Moral and Educational Imp. of the Colored People [[underlined]] Isreal F. [[/underlined]] Sec States that the house must be built as a schoolhouse and so deeded but can be used as a church; that it must be so understood before the lumber can be sent, that twenty five dollars must be sent to pay the hauling of the lumber to the boat; that they are prepared to send the lumber when these conditions are complied with, and on receipt of a letter from the minister or a union man recommending it [[end page]] [[start page]] [[stamp]] Bureau Refugees, Freedmen, & Abandoned Lands.
