States that the house must be built as a schoolhouse and so deeded but can be used as a church; that it must be so understood before the lumber can be sent, that twenty five dollars must be sent to pay the hauling of the lumber to the boat; that they are prepared to send the lumber when these conditions are complied with, and on receipt of a letter from the minister or a union man recommending it
