Dear Sir
Your favor 25 to hand. The house must be built as a School house and so deeded, but can be used for a church. Have you so arranged it & if not it must be so understood before we ship the lumber, and you must [[underlined]] send [[/underlined]] the money to pay the hauling of the lumber to the boat, it will be about (25$) twenty five Dollars. We are prepared to send it when this is done and you give us a letter from your Minister or some Union man reccommending it.
