John Kimball Dear Sir, I have written to the A.A.A.G. informing him that I built the School house here according to a draft (or plan) furnished by you, and that that plan did not specify. but houses, (water closets nor leval homes) nor the boarding up of the space below the floor. I also forwarded an estimate of material necessary, and stated that I did not understand what I had any authority to do the work.
