I have the honor to report in relation to the sixteen (16) persons, whose names were reported to you by the Revd. John Kimball Supt of Marriages, as living illegally together: six of the number [[underlined]] are not living in my camp. [[/underlined]]

Four of these, [[underlined]] of them [[/underlined]] are not known here, & have never lived in this camp. One of the six, Ellen Dixon, was married more than a year since. Austin Mason, was banished from my camp several months since, & gone North. Of this I am told Mr Wright was informed before he made the report.

Of the other ten, (5 couple) four of them had been personally seen, & arrangements made for their [[underlined]] lawful marriage. [[/underlined]] The other couple have lived together many years, & are entitled to a cirtificate of marriage, which would have been given but for the want of blanks.
