Major

I have the honor to state that I am in receipt of reports from Mr J H Butler Agent &c. He states that all the School Houses are progressing Some are ready for plastering. He is endeavoring to raise money to finish the houses and hopes to have them done by Christmas. He has gone to Nottingham Prince George Co to commence the erection of the School at that place.

He reports two or three cases of outrage, but so imperfectly that I have sent to him for the particulars.
