TOP RIGHT: Bare both shoulders in a silvery white or black halter neck dress with rhinestone buttons. (Chances are you'll be as pleased with your reflection in the mirror as the woman on our cover.) Braided piping trims the neckline and forms slivers of straps that criss-cross an even barer back. The silhouette newly narrowed is in Creslan knit from American Cyanamid. CENTER: The newest fashion message for men is more luxurious fabrics. Who can resist the man wearing a charcoal navy pin striped suit in pure wool with a four pocket vest? Designed by John Weitz for Palm Beach. It is elegantly accessorized with just the right shirt by John Weitz for Excello and a silk crepe de chine handscreened tie by Gino Pompeii.
