Charges and Specifications against [[underlined]] Willis P. Moore [[/underlined]] a citizen of Robeson County.

Assault with intent to kill.

[[underlined]] Specification. [[/underlined]]
In this, that he, the said [[underlined]] Willis P. Moore [[/underlined]] a citizen of Robeson County did on or about the 16th of October A.D. 1865 assault and shoot one [[underlined]] Wesley Moore [[/underlined]] (colored) with a certain gun in his, the said [[underlined]] Willis P. Moore's [[/underlined]] hands loaded with powder and lead, from the effects of which, he the said [[underlined]] Wesley Moore [[/underlined]] (colored) died— All this in Robeson County in the State of North Carolina—

Murder.

[[underlined]] Specification. [[/underlined]]
In this, that he, the said [[underlined]] Willis P. Moore [[/underlined]] a Citizen of Robeson County did shoot and kill one [[underlined]] Wesley Moore [[/underlined]] (colored) in said Robeson County, in the state of North Carolina on or about the 16th day of October A.D. 1865.
