Mr O. H. Shemwell being duly sworn testifies as follows. I know the character of G. W. Meyers witness examined yesterday, his character is good

It is admitted by the defendent that there were 81 wagon loads of corn containing each sixty bushels in the ear placed in the cribbs.


For convenience of witnesses and counsel the witnesses in this case have been introduced not strictly in the regular order costumary in legal proceedings.
