Washington City August 1866

Dear sir Here is the truee report of the Building by corner and it after in Had re circuit it into my charge is found the  ir ink Boys so bad in the carriing off the Boards and breaking in the windows i found it not refr to Le une any thing there that could be caried away by them so i brought the her tition up to my own premises so they might be put when called for by the school Directoress it has been reported that i brought them and made shelves out of them wich is not true

But they did not befor any of this report was i wrote you a leter state[[?]] whet i was doing for the best But you had done [[strikethrough]] cgs [[/strikethrough][] away form home i do not wether the Clerks has sent it to you or not but no answer from you at all until the committee waited on me [[strikethrough]] on [[/strikethrough]] the preson that raised this report was a women that was rtryinty to get at school that caused this report about the Lurnker
