As a result of our careful review of these statements as submitted, we have unanimously decided that there is no conflict of interest whatsoever involved and that no action of any kind concerning conflict of interest need be taken with regard to any of these employees.

The Committee has also received and discussed a report of the General Counsel/Ethics Counselor entitled "Submission and review of Forms SI-1085, 'Confidential Statement of Employment and Financial Interests,' for Calendar Year 1986."
