Investigations of seven complaints revealed no evidence of discrimination. Some evidence of discrimination was found, however, in one case which is currently in the settlement/proposed disposition phase. The investigations continued to reveal instances of poor communication between supervisors and employees with respect to job assignments, performance standards, and prospects for promotion
