Mr. Fletcher sent , thro' Dr. Robert Bell, a fine example of 

[[underlined]] Rhamphocottus richardsonii [[/underlined]] Gthr., a

curious and rare Cottoid, of which we now have three specimens, the other two being from Kodiak & Monterey Bay.

This small portion of Prof. Giberts' collection included the following species which are not well represented in the Museum and seem to be rare :

[[underlined]] Stelliferus lanceolatus [[/underlined]]
[[underlined]] Rhinobatus lentiginosus. [[/underlined]]

[[double underlined]] Dr. G. A. Henshall [[/double underlined]], [[underlined]]Jupiter Inlet[[/underlined]] ,[[underlined]] Florida[[/underlined]].

Part of [[underlined]]Accession[[/underlined]] 11429 ; [[underlined]]Catalogue[[/underlined]] 33213.

Among many other valuable species Dr. Henshall obtained

[[underlined]] Fundulus confluentus [[/underlined]], which was known from the single type only.
