^[[Cold and rain went and talked on Tel. to Cumings.  Decided to go to Gloucester with Cumings.  2.15. horrified at Studio - going to lower.  To dinner there at Prides.  Home at eleven - tired.  Refusals for tea for N. & book fr. Miss Calif.]]

Ther.  WEDNESDAY 12  Wea.
^[[King. Lay an hour and lunched there drove home at 2.  Morss 2- pm till 4.30.  Down again and to Tea with Marnie.  Cabots and to their door with them.  Dinner with A. Blake Read "Ashe"]]
