life.  We think alike in a great many ways.  For instance he says he gets tired of people and of things and I know if I went out four or five years I would be dead tired of it all.  I don't see why I should not argue it all out with you dear.  He wants to go round the world again - I am crazy to go.  He has the highest idea of friendship and believes just as I do that it is not every day you find a friend, be careful of those you have.  His tastes are simple except he likes pretty things about him.  He thinks as I do that to live only for

society is after all a pretty poor life.  And in a thousand such things we think alike - perhaps too much alike.  It gives us much in common, but we don't disagree as often as we should.  Because I am perfectly natural he is also when we are together.  He said he thought naturalness the [[underlined]] greatest [[/underlined]] charm.  Of course it was only to please me.  I think if I were a man I should hate it.  I wish I could put on little affectations that he would like.
