I had an invitation from the Stokes for dinner on the 5 of July and I only hope we will be here so that I can go, for most likely Mr Barnes will be at the dinner.  Surely he will be there.  A thousand times over bliss.  He may sit next me at dinner any way he will speak to me during the evening if only to say How do you do.
