There appears to be no location given on this label. The hand-written species name appears to be "Coinogyne carnosa", which is now a synonym of Jaumea carnosa (http://www.plantsoftheworldonline.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:196782-1). This specimen does appear to be Jaumea carnosa: the inflorescence is clearly Asteraceae and the opposite cauline leaves match those on other specimens (http://www.plantsoftheworldonline.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:226737-1).
