that there are several of the new bombs on the islands have circulated. I wish they'd handle that thing with care. There are supposed to be guards everywhere and FBI agents are supposed to be on the island. The story goes that a civilian, likely an ordnance expert, was seen was spotted with a fuse in a leather bag around his neck and two guards, heavily armed, following him every where. Nagasaki got the second bomb today. Also it is being said that the first two atomic bombs came from Iwo. If the Japs ever found out where they are coming from they'd risk everything to get their planes through and bomb this island. We had a paratroop scare last night and everyone checked his ammunition. Just a rumor.

Results of the Nagasaki raid still not revealed. This morning I went over to inspect SCS 51, the other type of blind landing set. After seeing it I am still further convinced that the GCA is superior to it.
I flew two hours in the link today. The instructor liked my work so well that he has enrolled me for a full course. Up to now it has been just play from now on it'll be work. It's something I've wanted to get under my belt for a long time. I could never afford to pay for a full course if I had to by it on my own.
