None of the Carriers shall be liable for loss of, damage to, or delay in the transportation or delivery of baggage not occasioned by its or their negligence, nor shall any of the Carriers be liable for any act, default, negligence, failue or omission of the other Carriers, or for any injury, loss, damage or delay not occurring on its own line.

The liability of the Carriers for baggage shall in no event exceed the agreed value of $100 U.S. Cy. upon which valuation the fare paid is in part based, unless a higher valuation shall be agreed upon by separate written contract, and additional charges paid on the basis thereof.

None of the Carriers shall be liable in any amount for articles which do not constitute baggage as suck term is define by law. Transportation hereunder shall be subject to the rules relating to liability established by the Convention of Warsaw of October 12, 1929, if such Convention, by its terms, is applicable therein.
