ASSIGNMENT:  Relieved from Hq USAFE, APO 663, New York, NY, from duty as DCS/O, USAFE; assigned Office, DCS/O Hq USAF, WashDC for duty as Director of Manpower and Organization.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:  Item 7 on reverse side applies.

TRANSPORTATION:  PCS. TDN.  5713500.002 148-132 P 531.9 S 503725 0200, 0300, 0700 (Customer Identification Code 4 5 148 5332 503725). Dislocation allowance other. Normal mode of travel - Military or commercial air from Frankfurt, Germany to McGuire AFB, NJ; TPA from McGuire AFB to WashDC; constructive travel time, two (2) days. Circuitous routing authorized (para 37.1, AFM 75-4) via Madrid, Spain; Dhahran, Saudi Arabia; New Delhi, India; Clark AFB, Philippine Islands; Taipei, Taiwan; Tokyo, Japan and Hickam AFB, Hawaii by MATS (Space Available). Travel from Hickam AFB and ZI POE (Space Required); CINC USAFE will indorse this order outlining MATS Reservation for this travel. Travel from date of departure (on or about 15 Jun 61) two date of departure from Hickam AFB, will be in a leave status. Transportation of dependent, wife, Agatha S Davis is authorized currently with sponsor. When traveling by acft, a total of 150 pounds baggage, including excess, is authorized for officer. Household goods weight allowance of 4000 pounds net (excluding the weight of professional books, paper and equipment, unaccompanied hold baggage and hand baggage) is authorized as an exception to weight limitation outlined in Part 9, Chapter 13, AFM 75-1 (authorized to by paragraph 3, SO 91, DAF, 10 May 57).  Items 22, 25b, 27 and 29 on reverse apply.
