(1) To provide a current and historical record of aircrew qualification, this section will include those AF Forms 8 pertaining to required flight checks (AFM 60-1) for the type aircraft(s) in which proficiency/currency is being maintained

(2) Filing and/or disposition of MAC evaluation forms (authorized attachments to AF Form 8) will be consistent with MAC policies/directives.

(3) AF Form 8, used for command required flight checks, may be filed in this section section V or as directed by the major command.
