Dear Sir:

As a result of the recent examination of candidates for admission to the United States Military Academy, you have been found to be mentally and physically qualified.

You are, therefore, authorized to report in person to the Superintendent of the Military Academy at West Point, New York, on July 1, 1932, before 12o'clock, noon, for admission as a cadet. In this connection, your attention is invited to the inclosed circular of instructions, which is furnished for your information and guidance.

You are requested to acknowledge at once, on the inclosed postal card, which requires no postage, receipt of this notification, and to say whether or not you will report as authorized.
