Went to change $ about 12:30 PM with Alfie; Had lunch; Back to Hotel for rest and dinner at Alfie's with Coimbra & wife Jaqueline. 

Alies had been working on [[underlined]] C. aurita [[/underlined]] on Fazenda Goule Alegre in state of Minas but relations with daughter of owner became very bad. [Cristina - met in June for dinner]. Everyone says Cristina is crazy, so, Alies left. Also slipped disc.

'Alfie & Alies have been seeking alternate study site for Alies. But she kept getting negative input from RA Mitt. Is trying to rethink position.
