Butterscotch does incredibly poorly on her locomotion in terms of finding pathways to a goal. She several times got to a good site much too late to feed on it except for picking pieces off the ground. The group seems to be active in spurts, but still get little pay-off for their micromanipulation behavior Hera finds one or two grasshoppers: Butterscotch perhaps one. Also they seem thirsty. [[strikethrough]]I leave [[/strikethrough]] Dietz arrives about 2 PM & I prepare to leave for PdA. with Jessie to help her get final pictures. [[end page]] [[start page]] Dietz has brought Xixenha, Edmar & Eliane as well as Carlos to see the released animals at Pesagro. On way back, we stop at Silva Jardim where a baptism is in progress. About 10 teenagers are being baptised and it seems that nearly the whole town is there. Back at the house, Jim & I test about 4 new bottles of different pingas - which Jessie photographs - and have the smallest dinner ever at PdA. Present are Jessie, Dbh, Lou Ann, Jim, Carlos & Zeke. Everyone else is dispersed.
