We climbed into VW bug & made it home.

Raining much of day!

Dinner includes 40 dish buffet.

Up early and walked about 40 min. beyond Salvador lighthouse.

In AM lots of activity with early morning exercisers & people going to work.

After breakfast, beach & swim until rain started.

Then spent more $ in artesan shops until time for IBDF interviews (which Jim had been organizing). 

Picked up at 1615 by IBDF driver & taked to headquarters. Head of Delegado of Bahia  - Orlando Sampaio Passos

Beautiful modern office with Brazilian mural on wall depicting Gauguin-like forest.
