At 1240 hrs Elizama took me over to watch the Wichita group.

As I arrived (observers Marcelo & Andrea) they had just entered a fruit tree.

Clumped small purple fruits (~ 1/4 inch diameter)
(I think they are green when not ripe)

The crown is ~ 15 m high

and from 1250 - 1315 the group feeds in this large fruit tree.

Feeding chirps accompany the bout & animals are surprisingly comfortable moving in & out of the heights and hanging on very thin; flexible twigs to get at the fruit.

This group is certainly moving higher & with more self assurance than the N.O. group. They are also more comfortable looking
