[[circled]] 6. [[/circled]] M.T. big kicker is that she is about to incorporate & develop a Conservation Foundation. Provides us w/ a copy of initial document - draft of incorporation. Her Fdn. to lobby in Brasilia & raise big bucks to initiate & pursue research. She's thinking of buying land like Nature Conservancy - or having Nature Conservancy buy land thru her Fdn.

She's talking about big research projects in Pantanal; conservation education et al. Says that FBCN is old & distinguished organization w/ old & distinguished personnel. Ibsen is about to step down as Pres. & there is no one w/ charisma to continue work w/ any force. Thus M.T. will be competing directly w/ FBCN. But they have never raised funds. They tend to act as a conduit for funds other people raise.

She also talks about collaborative projects with all her supporters, eg Jordan & Marlezi. Going to support international Congress
