Maria Teresa needed to get to the Attorney General's office & gave as a ride to the Zoo.

We later find out that the Director is recently appointed but has been with the zoo for 28 years & started out a sweeper.

The biologist is young & speaks fractional English.

The Director sits in for a while & then leaves: The biologist opens up and is totally demoralized.

Everytime we make a suggestion they respond with "Yes, but..." It gets frustrating because it's as though we cannot get thru to them.
