1. [[underline]] PURPOSE. 
a. [[/underline]] The Post Exchange is operated for the convenience of the personnel of the Post in supplying articles of ordinary use, wear and consumption not furnished by the Government.
2. [[underline]] HOURS.
a. [[/underline]] The following departments of the Post Exchange are opening daily, except Sunday, at the following hours:
Main Office (Post Exchange) 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
Main Story 9:30 A.M. to 6:15 P.M.
Restaurant 7:30 A.M. to 9:15 P.M.
Pool Room 11:00 A.M. to 9:30 P.M.

PUBLICITY [[/centered]] [[/underline]] 
1. [[underline]] a. [[/underline]] The Public Relations Officer, appointed by the Commanding Officer, is charged with the supplying of news correspondents with such information as may be properly furnished them. In his absence, the Adjutant is the only authorized source of official news information.
[[underline]] b. [[/underline]] No Officer, Cadet, enlisted or civilian personnel subject to jurisdiction of this command can release material for publication without the approval of the Public Relations Officer.
[[underline]] c. [[/underline]] Personnel will at all times, refer news inquiries to the Public Relations Officer, thus assuring against errors of information and authenticity.
[[underline]] d. [[/underline]] No photographs will be distributed from the Photographic Section without authority of the Commanding Officer or the Photographic Officer.
