f. All unfired cartridges will be turned over to the non-commissioned officer in charge, who will return them to the Ordnance Officer for disposition.
4.[[underlined]]SKEET RANGE[[/underlined]]
[[underlined]]a.[[/underlined]] The officer in charge of students firing skeets will supervise and instruct them in the proper handling of the gun.
[[underlined]]b.[[/underlined]] He will see that regulations as posted at skeet range, are complied with.
[[underlined]]c.[[/underlined]] No more than fifteen (15) students will be presents at the range during one period of firing.
[[underlined]]d.[[/underlined]] No more than five (5) students will be assigned to fire in any one order.
[[underlined]]e.[[/underlined]] Upon completion of firing the range will be policed and the unbroken pigeons will be returned to stock.

SANITATION[[/underlined]][[/center]]
1.[[underlined]]GENERAL[[/underlined]]
[[underlined]]a.[[/underlined]] Commanding Officers of organizations and department heads are responsible for the police and sanitation and for the provision of police and sanitation regulations within their organizations and departments and boundaries of areas occupied or assigned to them.
[[underlined]]b.[[/underlined]] The Surgeon is charged with sanitation inspections.
[[underlined]]c.[[/underlined]] The Provost Marshal will enforce such police regulations as pertain to cleanliness and removal of waste and trash.
