(3) Shirt, Service Cotton. The Cotton Service shirt is authorized for wear as an outer garment.
(4) Necktie. The khaki necktie, habitually worn, will be tucked in between the second and third buttons of the shirt.
(5) Blue Uniform. Blue uniforms will not be worn during the period the cotton service uniform is prescribed for this command.
(6) White Uniforms. The wearing of the white uniform or the white mess jacket on appropriate occasions is authorized during the period the cotton uniform is prescribed for this command.
(7) Miscellaneous. (a) Officers at formations with troops will wear the corresponding uniform.
(b) A blue brassard bearing the orange letters "O.D." will e worn on the left sleeve above the elbow by the Officer of the Day.
(c) Officers on flying missions or about to fly may wear clothing issued for flying.
[[underlined]]b.[[/underlined]] Enlisted men.
(1) Headgear. Same as a.(1)[[underlined]](a)[[/underlined]] above.
(2) Prescribed uniform for enlisted men on this Post is Service hat, trousers, shirt, khaki tie and shoes.
(3) On leaving the Post, when the woolen uniform is prescribed the cap, blouse, trousers and belt will be worn.
(4) Fatigue uniform, coveralls. Enlisted men will wear coveralls, including the mechanic cap, on duty in the performance of which the clothing may become soiled or unsightly-except that only those few enlisted men who ride on trucks for the purpose of unloading or loading freight, ice,
