[[underlined]]d.[[/underlined]] Inform the Quartermaster where the keys to quarters may be found, should it become necessary to open the quarters for repairs or any other purpose. (Unless an urgent necessity exists, quarters will not be entered during the absence of the occupant.)

4.[[underlined]]BULLET IN BOARDS.[[/underlined]]
[[underlined]]a.[[/underlined]] The Officers Bulletin Board is located in the hallway of the Headquarters Building, and will be read daily by all officers.
[[underlined]]b.[[/underlined]] No notice will be posted on the Board without the approval of the Adjutant.

5.[[underlined]]CIVILIAN WORKERS.[[/underlined]]
[[underlined]]a.[[/underlined]] Officers to whom civilian employees are assigned for duty are held responsible that said employees perform the work prescribed by Civil Service Regulations.
[[underlined]]b.[[/underlined]] Officers in charge of civilian workers will make certain that all civilian employees will have in their possession at all times, while they are on the Post, permanent passes which will be shown upon demand. In addition, they will be given a numbered tag, which will be worn on the outer garment, plainly visible while on the Post.

6.[[underlined]]OFFICERS WHEREABOUTS.[[/underlined]]
[[underlined]]a.[[/underlined]] All officers leaving the immediate vicinity of their offices will leave work where they may be reached by telephone, on and off the Post.
