b. All officers living off the Post will, upon change of residence or telephone number, immediately notify the Information Office and their organizational Headquarters.

7.[[underlined]]CLEARANCE[[/underlined]]
[[underlined]]a.[[/underlined]] Prior to departure on order for change of station, all officers will sign certificate to be furnished by the Post Adjutant certifying that he has settled all money and property accountability.

[[underlined]]SECTION XXVII[[/underlined]]
[[underlined]]ENLISTED MEN[[/underliend]]
1.[[underlined]]ABSENT IN HANDS OF CIVIL AUTHORITIES[[/underlined]]
[[underlined]]a.[[/underlined]] When enlisted men of this command are absent in hands of civil authorities, organization and detachment commanders will arrange for their release or conduct such other matters as may be necessary and pertinent to the case at hand through the Post Adjutant.

2.[[underlined]]FURLOUGHS[[/underlined]]
[[underlined]]a.[[/underlined]] Furloughs for enlisted men will not be granted for purposes of spending it on the Post.

3.[[underlined]]INSURANCE[[/underlined]]
[[underlined]]a.[[/underlined]] Enlisted men upon joining an organization to which assigned at this station will be informed of their right to apply for National Service Life Insurance. Entry of this fact will be made on the Service Record under "Remarks-Administrative", substantially as follows: Privilege of applying for Government Insurance explained (date).

4.[[underlined]]PASSES[[/underlined]]
a. Every enlisted man not on furlough will be required to have a pass when absent from his organization and the station during duty hours. Authority is hereby delegated to organization commanders to issue passes to enlisted men under their jurisdiction.
