(2) [[centered]] Enlisted Personnel [[/centered]] - During Duty Hours
(a) All enlisted personnel, except those on duty on the flying line, with the Emergency Crew (See (b) below), at Quartermaster and Air Corps Supply Warehouses, as Charge of Quarters, in the kitchens and at Post Headquarters, will report to their respective departments and be formed in a double rank at a point to be designated by their department heads and held subject to further orders until recall. The senior noncommissioned officer present will assume command and place a non-commissioned officer at the telephone and one man at the entrance of the building or department.
(b) The emergence crew, under direction of the Engineering Officer, will dispose the airplanes on the hangar line and other airplanes landing during the emergency. The Engineering Officer will immediately organize a permanent emergency crew of whatever size he deems necessary for this purpose.
(c) All other personnel assigned to the flying line, except guards and telephone attendants designated by the hangar chief or senior enlisted man present, will form double rank on the apron of the hangar. The senior non-commissioned officer in charge of enlisted men (or line crew) will designate twenty (20) men to report to the Fire Marshal at the Fire Station. Those men will be transported to the scene of the fire in a truck furnished by the Transportation Officer, the remaining personnel will be held subject to further orders.
(3) Enlisted Personnel - During Off-Duty Hours
(a) The Emergency Crew will act as indicated above.
(b) Enlisted personnel off duty will form in front of their respective barracks, where they will be joined by non-commissioned
