officer living in separate quarters and other enlisted men who happen to be out of barracks at the time. Upon arrival of the trucks  from the Post Garage, twenty (20) enlisted men of the 99th Pursuit Squadron, detailed by the senior non-commissioned officer present, will ride these trucks to the scene of the fire and report tot he Officer in charge thereat. The senior non-commissioned officer present in each barracks will station one non-commissioned officer at the Orderly Room telephone and will detail the number of enlisted men needed to properly guard the entrance to the barracks. 
(2) Immediately thereafter, the senior non-commissioned officer present in each barrack will detail the number of enliste men listed below to report to the places indicated for the purpose of prohibiting unlawful entry.

Four (4) men each to Quartermaster Warehouse, A. C. Supply Warehouses, Ordnance Warehouses, Signal Warehouse, Post Theatre, and Post Exchange. Six (6) men to Post Headquarters, four (4) men to telephone exchange.

(d) Those remaining after the above details have been accomplished will await further orders or recall.

Civilian employees will remain at their regular places of duty unless the fire is in the building in which employed. In this case the effected civilian employees will withdraw beyond the safety zone established by the Military Police.
