CONSTITUTION OF THE LOCKBOURNE OFFICERS' WIVES CLUB

[[underlined]] Preamble [[/underlined]]

In order to promote fellowship, to establish good will among ourselves and the community, to provide for social activities, and to broaden ourselves culturally and educationally, we the Officers' Wives do hereby ordain and establish this constitution.

[[underlined]] Article I [[/underlined]]

NAME OF ORGANIZATION
This organization shall be known as the LOCKBOURNE OFFICERS' WIVES CLUB.

[[underlined]] Article II [[/underlined]]

QUALIFICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP:
Regular members shall be Officers' Wives who are permanent residents of the Post or of the vicinity, or wives of any members of the Officers' Club. Wives of Reserve Officers, not on active duty are eligible for an Associate Membership. Wives of Officers not stationed at this base are welcome to an Associate Membership. Wives of officers stationed at this base and who do not live in the immediate vicinity, may become Associate Members. Honorary members may be elected by the club.
