Gladys Marie Davis Theus

Have you ever noticed what a sweet and melodious voice Gladys has? In her unassuming manner she relates facts about her home town, Chicago; about her birthday, Nov. 9th; and even about her marriage to Lt. Lucis Theus on Feb. 28, 1942. Gladys, who finds photography most intriguing, attended Hertzle College in Chicago. To her both pinochle and bridge are interesting. This year Gladys in concentrating her interests on the Publicity and Auditing Committees.

Betty Jean McClure Weaver

We bet Sheldon Weaver doesn't regret his tour of duty here at Lockbourne, for it was Columbus that gave him his wife, Betty Jean. Betty was a student at Ohio State University before she was married to the Lieutenant on March 7, 1947. Now she is trying to keep up with Sheldon III who is 7 months. Betty, who celebrates a birthday every August 12, likes to play pinochle and bridge. She is musically talented.

Mary Bernice Watson

Bernice speaks French and Spanish as fluently as she speaks English. The club's desire for a silver tea service led Bernice to organize classes in French and Spanish. The fees are to be used to buy the service. Although this activity consumes much of her time, she still has time for reading, crocheting, knitting, bridge, bowling, and music.
