Bernice married Capt. Dudley M. Watson, she was graduated from Hunter College, with an A.B. and Columbia University with an M.A. At Talladega College, where she taught, her students remembered her on February 15th, her birthday.

Isabelle W. Glascoe Webb

Like mother like daughter could well characterize Isabelle. As a child Isabelle began developing her talent for sewing by watching her mother, a seamstress, work. This training at home, the education she received at Dunbar High School, Washington, D. C., and a correspondence course from Women's Institute prepared her for the job as seamstress for one of Washington's leading modistes. This job she kept until she married Major George W. Webb on Jan. 12, 1930. Housekeeping and rearing three fine youngsters - Peggy Jean, 18; Barbara Ann, 13; and Ronald Hugh, 8 - offered grand opportunities for developing her hobbies - painting, sewing, and as she puts it "just tinkering around the house." Isabelle, who was born Nov. 28th, has several favorite games, gin rummy, five hundred, and pinochle.

Ruby Ethylynn Morris Wiley

Lincoln High School in Rockville, Maryland lost one of its favorite teachers when Ruby resigned to marry Capt. James T. Wiley on August 19, 1944. Ruby received her teacher training at Knoxville College and the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated magna cum laude in 1941. While in school she was very active in the Alpha Kappa
