Alpha Sorority and Sigma Kappa Phi, National Honorary Foreign Language Fraternity. Now she is very active keeping up with Mary, 3 1/2, and Jimmy, 15 months. However, Ruby still finds time to collect vases and plants, sew, play pinochle, and travel. Most efficiently and dependably, Ruby served two tours as club secretary. Feb. 6 is Ruby's birthday.

Geneva Ruby Belton Williams

Music seems to be the keynote to Geneva's life and personality. Singing and playing the piano are her two outstanding talents. Born on August 2, Geneva has many hobbies: teaching voice and piano, directing choral groups, writing letters, reading the Bible, crocheting, knitting, and playing bridge. Prior to her marriage on December 24, 1946 to Lt. Edward J. Williams, Geneva taught music at Tuskegee Institute for one year. Later she headed the Music Dept. at Allen University, Columbia, S. C. for two years. She has a B.S. degree in Music from Knoxville College and her Master's Degree in Music from Northwestern University, Chicago. During the summer of 1947 Geneva did quite a bit of travelling through Mexico and the Western States. The Williams have dated the stork for Spring.
