TO THE MEMBERS OF THE OFFICERS' WIVES CLUB OF LOCKBOURNE
You will notice that the OWL had to be reduced in site this month. This is due to the fact that the various committees will not send in reports, and members of the cub in general, who are requested to write articles of interest, refuse to tdo so.
We are asking your whole-hearted cooperation in the future in order to maintain the paper as it has proved to be a benefit to the Club.
Thank You.
