Nursery Plans (Cont'd).

[[underlined]] Supervisor: [[/underlined]]

1. The salary of the supervisors shall be $50 .00 per month.

2. The supervisor shall be paid by check by the Treasurer of the Board on the last Friday of each month.

3. The supervisor's hours shall be from 1 to 5 daily, except Saturday and Sunday.

4. Uniforms shall be furnished by the club for the supervisor – 4 white dresses, 4 hose, 1 white shoes.

5. The supervisor shall be assisted daily by volunteer workers.

6. The supervisor shall have complete control over discipline.

7. The supervisor shall be accountable for all nursery property.

8. The supervisor shall keep an accurate record of attendance of all children.

9. The supervisors shall have full cooperation of the Officers' Wives Club, Nursery Committee, Board and parents.

10. All instructions po the supervisor shall come from the board after approval by the club.

11. Suggestions for improvement from the supervisor shall be presented to the Chairman of the Nursery Committee.

12. The supervisor shall have a physical examination once a year.

1. Only essential equipment shall be purchased prior to the opening of the nursery. (The list to be compiled by the committee.)

2. All equipment shall be completely paid for by check upon delivery.

3. If additional equipment is needed, it shall be purchased as funds are available.

4. As funds become available, the development of the physical facilities of the nursery shall continue.

5. Two officers of the club shall sign a statement agreeing that any property drawn from Air Corps Supply shall be replaced if it is stolen or removed from the nursery. The cause shall be taken from the Nursery Fund. In the event that the fund does not cover the cost, the money shall be made up by the Officers' Wives Club, Captain Crockett, the Housing Officer, will draw the equipment for us on memorandum receipt after receiving the signed statement.
