STEAL AUTOMOBILE, THEN
ABANDON IT IN MUD

ROCKDALE, Texas, Feb. 2 - After
breaking into four private garages and
attempting to start an automobile,
which was left in front of a private
rooming-house, unidentified persons
broke the lock on the front door of
the Rockdale Motor Car Company's
garage and stole a touring car be-
longing to W. B Talley Tuesday night.
After driving the car about twenty
miles it was abandoned near Thrall.
