Samuel Borchard, Esq.,
349 West 86th. St.,
New York, New York.

Dear Mr. Borchard:

Both my cousin, Captain Germain Seligmann, and myself have been in New York for but a short time, and, having brought over, this year, a very exceptional picture, which we feel sure would interest you, we thought of writing you this letter so that you might be one of the first people to see it.

Hoping to see you in the very near future and also that these lines will find Mrs. Borchard and yourself in good health,

Pray believe me,
Yours very sincerely,
