TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The carriers liability for loss or damage is limited to a maximum $25.00 per piece or package, unless the shipped declares in writing on the shipping documents a greater value.  Where a greater value than $25.00 per piece or package is declared by the shipper the carrier will obtain appropriate insurance coverage for such excessive value for and at the expense of the shipper.

All services will be performed as agreed, subject to delays by labor troubles, riots, the elements or other causes beyond control of W. S. Budworth & Son, Inc.
